Downtown Residential Parking Program

A $50 monthly rate is available to qualified downtown residents at:

• Market & San Pedro Street Garage
• Third Street Garage between Santa Clara and St. John streets
• Second & San Carlos Street Garage
• Fourth Street Garage at San Fernando Street

Residents taking advantage of this discounted rate can park 5 pm-8 am Monday-Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

Permits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
